Transformed
is for Jr. High students (7th & 8th Grade) and meets on Wednesday nights in Room G3 from 7:00-8:30pm and Sunday mornings from 11:15-Noon.

Below you can also download the HCC Medical Consent & Media Authorization form.  Each student is required to have this form completed and on file to participate in any activities that we do (tis the times we live in).  If you have not filled one out yet, please print this one out, fill it in, and turn it in to the church office or at any Transformed meeting.
