is for Jr. High students (7th & 8th Grade) and meets on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30pm and Sunday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm in the Transformed Room (Rm G3)

Below you can also download the HCC Medical Consent & Media Authorization form. Each student is required to have this form completed and on file to participate in any activities that we do ('tis the times we live in). If you have not filled one out yet, please print this one, complete it, and turn it in to the church office or at any Transformed meeting.
